INTRODUCTORY PROVISIONS

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the mutual rights and obligations of the seller ("Seller") and individual customers ("Buyer") arising from the purchase agreement concluded via the Seller's online store interface ("Web Interface"). These Terms do not apply to purchases made by legal entities or persons acting within their business or professional activity.

The purchase agreement and these Terms are in Czech and can only be concluded in Czech.

The Seller may update or modify these Terms. Changes do not affect previously concluded agreements.

USER ACCOUNT

Buyers may create an optional user account. The Buyer is responsible for providing accurate data and for maintaining account security. The Seller may delete inactive or misused accounts.

CONCLUSION OF CONTRACT

The web interface displays products for informational purposes. The Seller is not obligated to conclude a purchase agreement based on displayed items. Buyers submit orders through a form and confirm their agreement with the Terms by clicking "submit order with obligation to pay."

The Seller may request additional confirmation (e.g., in writing or by phone). The contract is concluded when the Seller confirms the order via email.

PRICES AND PAYMENT

The price is determined based on product specification (size, thickness, print, etc.). Buyers pay via bank transfer to account 2001010859/2010 (FIO Banka). Prices include VAT unless otherwise stated.

The Seller may require full payment in advance and reserves the right to cancel unpaid orders. Payment is due within 5 days.

DELIVERY AND TRANSPORT

If special delivery is arranged, any extra costs and risks are borne by the Buyer. The Buyer must inspect the goods upon receipt and report visible damage immediately.

Standard delivery times are listed with each product and calculated in business days.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Custom-made or personalized goods are excluded from the 14-day withdrawal period under § 1837 of the Civil Code. Otherwise, consumers may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods by submitting a written notice to: obchod@etossport.eu.

Returns must be made within 14 days and at the Buyer's expense. Refunds are processed within 30 days using the same method as payment.

WARRANTY AND DEFECTIVE PERFORMANCE

The Seller provides a warranty of 24 months for consumers, subject to applicable legal conditions. Commercial buyers must agree on warranty terms separately. Visible manufacturing defects must be reported immediately upon receipt.

FINAL PROVISIONS

Contracts are governed by Czech law. If any provision is invalid, the closest valid alternative applies. The Seller archives contracts electronically.
