Privacy Policy

The operator of the e-shop Etos CZ, spol. s r.o., at the websites www.etossport.eu, www.etossport.cz, www.etossport.sk, Company ID: 26027208, registered office: Skuherského 10, 37001 České Budějovice, processes personal data provided by the Buyer for the purpose of fulfilling and subsequently confirming the Terms and Conditions, for processing electronic orders, delivery, payment settlement, and the necessary communication between the contractual parties, for the period required under specific legal regulations.

Basic Provisions

1. The controller of personal data pursuant to Section 5 letter o) of Act No. 18/2018 Coll., on the Protection of Personal Data, as amended (hereinafter referred to as the "Act"), is Etos CZ, spol. s r.o., Company ID: 26027208, registered office: Skuherského 10, 37001 České Budějovice (hereinafter referred to as the "Controller");

3. Personal data shall mean all information identifying a natural or legal person.

Sources of Processed Personal Data

1. The Controller processes personal data provided by the Buyer with their consent and personal data obtained by the Controller based on the fulfillment of the Purchase Agreement and processing of an electronic order in the e-shop: www.etossport.eu, www.etossport.cz, www.etossport.sk;

2. The Controller only processes identification and contact data of the Buyer that are necessary for the fulfillment of the Purchase Agreement;

3. The Controller processes personal data for the purposes of delivery, payment settlement, and necessary communication between the contractual parties, for the period required under specific legal regulations. Personal data will not be published or transferred to other countries.

Purpose of Processing Personal Data

The Controller processes the Buyer's personal data for the following reasons:

1. For the purpose of registration on the website www.etossport.eu, www.etossport.cz, www.etossport.sk, pursuant to Section 13(1)(a) of Act No. 18/2018 Coll., on the Protection of Personal Data;

2. For the purpose of processing the Buyer's electronic order (name, address, e-mail, telephone number);

3. For the purpose of fulfilling the rights and obligations arising from the contractual relationship between the Buyer and the Controller;

4. The provision of personal data is a necessary requirement for the fulfillment of the Purchase Agreement. Without the provision of personal data, the contract cannot be concluded.

Period of Storage of Personal Data

1. The Controller stores personal data for the period necessary for the exercise of rights and obligations arising from the contractual relationship between the Buyer and the Controller, and for 3 years from the termination of the contractual relationship;

2. After the expiry of the storage period, the Controller is obliged to delete the personal data.

Recipients and Processors of Personal Data

Third parties that receive the Buyer's personal data are subcontractors of the Controller. The services of these subcontractors are strictly related to the successful fulfillment of the Purchase Agreement and the electronic order between the Controller and the Buyer.

The Controller's subcontractors are:

• Webnode AG (e-shop system);

• Česká pošta, s.p. (delivery service);

• Google Analytics (website analysis);

Buyer's Rights

According to the conditions set by the Act, the Buyer has the right:

1. To access their personal data;

2. To the rectification of personal data;

3. To the erasure of personal data;

4. To object to the processing;

5. To data portability;

6. To withdraw consent to the processing of personal data in writing or electronically at the e-mail address: obchod@etossport.eu;

7. To lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection if the Buyer believes that their right to personal data protection has been violated.

Security of Personal Data

1. The Controller declares that it has taken all appropriate technical and organizational measures necessary to secure the Buyer's personal data;

2. The Controller has taken technical measures to secure data storage, in particular by securing computer access with a password, using antivirus software, and regularly maintaining computers.

Final Provisions

1. By submitting an electronic order on the website www.etossport.eu, www.etossport.cz, www.etossport.sk, the Buyer confirms that they have been informed of the terms and conditions of personal data protection and accepts them in their entirety;

2. The Buyer agrees to these rules by checking the relevant box in the order;

3. The Controller is entitled to amend these Rules at any time. The new version of the Rules must be published on its website.

These Rules take effect from 1 January 2021.
