FOAM: vinyl bond xpe foam are manufactured using the latest closed cell foam flooring technology. The cross-linked closed cell foam provides maximum shock absorption and will maintain performance throughout its lifespan.

SURFACE TEXTURE: TEXTURE: Floors are available in both smooth and hybrid tatami textures. The hybrid tatami design offers less abrasion and skin burn than traditional tatami.

Durable Vinyl Layer and Flexible Foam Core

The mat core is made from closed-cell XPE foam, which provides excellent shock absorption while maintaining its shape under long-term stress. The top layer is made of tough vinyl, permanently bonded to the foam using a special adhesive-free technique—resulting in a compact and flexible unit. This allows the entire mat to be rolled up as a single piece without damaging its structure.

No Tape Needed for Seamless Connection

To join multiple rolls into one solid surface, we use an integrated Velcro system located along the mat edges. This ensures a secure and stable connection without the need for adhesive tape.
